Spiral Bloom
Shape reflective petals with Spiral Bloom. Six presets, four morphing formations, traveling musical folds, and moving cameras.
Spiral Bloom carries musical peaks outward through broad, curling petals. Fading echoes keep their captured shapes as they spiral outward beyond the flower. Start with Opal Garden, try Chrome Dahlia for reflective folds, or open Paper Lantern for a suspended flower. Switching formations blends the petals into a rosette, spiral, lantern, or knot.
Open Spiral Bloom
Launch the visualizer with its matching left-nav entry selected.
Quick start
- Start the demo track, choose a local audio file, or enable a live input.
- Try a preset or style first, then open the section for the part of the image you want to change.
- On a control with Assign modulation, open the source picker, choose a signal, and watch the slider's live fill.
- Use Reset to Defaults whenever you want to return to the original look.

How do I share a factory look?
Open SHARE A LOOK, choose a preset from FACTORY LOOK, and select COPY LOOK LINK. The link opens that original preset with its audio reactions. Personal slider edits and music are not included. Use OPEN LOOK to preview what the recipient will see.
How do I share my edited look?
Open SHARE A LOOK, select PREPARE MY LOOK, then choose COPY MY LOOK LINK. The link includes your current visual settings, modulation routes, and generator settings. Music is not included. Use OPEN MY LOOK to preview the result. Prepare a new link after making more edits.
Audio modulation
On a control with Assign modulation, select the activity icon to open Modulate with. Choose a named source, or choose — None to leave the control unmodulated. After you assign one, its name appears below the slider; select that name to edit the route, or use Clear modulation to remove it. The slider track shows the live signal reaching the control.
| Modulated control | Section | What the route changes |
|---|---|---|
| Petal Count | Petals | Sets the number of petals. Bass is assigned by default, so kicks grow extra petals out of the center and they fold back in as the bass releases. |
| Petal Length | Petals | Extends the petals along their paths. |
| Petal Width | Petals | Widens the tapered petal surfaces. Mid is assigned by default. |
| Orbit Spread | Petals | Sets how far the formation opens around its center. Spectral flux is assigned by default, so note onsets push the ring outward and the push travels along each petal. |
| Curl | Petals | Curls the petal paths in opposite directions on either side of zero. |
| Twist | Petals | Turns each petal surface along its path. Negative values twist in the opposite direction. |
| Fold Frequency | Petals | Sets how many ripples travel along each petal. |
| Wave Bend | Petals | Carries musical bends sideways along each petal, from its source toward its tip. |
| Flow Speed | Petals | Changes the ripple pattern entering the petals. Captured musical folds continue traveling outward at zero. |
| Surface Roughness | Surface | Softens sharp surface reflections. Compare with the camera held still. |
| Hue | Surface | Chooses the starting petal color. |
| Color Spread | Surface | Sets how far the petal colors sweep around the color wheel. |
| Depth Displacement | Camera | Carries musical bends toward and away from the camera along each petal. Try ISO or Top to see the depth clearly. |
| Camera Speed | Camera | Sets how quickly the camera travels along its path. |
| Camera Travel | Camera | Sets how far the camera wanders from its chosen view; 0 holds it still and higher values sweep it through wider arcs. |
Settings reference
Petals
| Setting | Available values | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Formation | ROSETTE, NAUTILUS, LANTERN, KNOT | Arranges the petals into a Rosette, Nautilus, Lantern, or Knot. |
| Formation Transition | 0.2–4; default 1.5 | Sets how many seconds the petals take to blend into a new formation. |
| Petal Count | 4–24; default 12 | Sets the number of petals. Bass is assigned by default, so kicks grow extra petals out of the center and they fold back in as the bass releases. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Petal Length | 0.6–2.5; default 1.8 | Extends the petals along their paths. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Petal Width | 0.1–1; default 0.35 | Widens the tapered petal surfaces. Mid is assigned by default. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Orbit Spread | 0.2–2; default 1 | Sets how far the formation opens around its center. Spectral flux is assigned by default, so note onsets push the ring outward and the push travels along each petal. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Curl | -2–2; default 1.2 | Curls the petal paths in opposite directions on either side of zero. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Twist | -2–2; default 0.7 | Turns each petal surface along its path. Negative values twist in the opposite direction. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Fold Frequency | 1–8; default 3 | Sets how many ripples travel along each petal. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Wave Bend | 0–1.5; default 0.35 | Carries musical bends sideways along each petal, from its source toward its tip. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Flow Speed | 0–1; default 0.18 | Changes the ripple pattern entering the petals. Captured musical folds continue traveling outward at zero. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
Surface
| Setting | Available values | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Finish | CHROME, IRIDESCENT, PORCELAIN | Chooses Chrome, Iridescent, or Porcelain petals. |
| Surface Roughness | 0.05–0.8; default 0.2 | Softens sharp surface reflections. Compare with the camera held still. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Hue | 0–360; default 190 | Chooses the starting petal color. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |
| Color Spread | 0–180; default 145 | Sets how far the petal colors sweep around the color wheel. Use Assign modulation to choose a source. |

Tips for a better audio visualization
- Try Nautilus Dream with a moving camera to see the spiral in depth.
- Compare Wave Bend and Depth Displacement separately while music plays to shape two different directions of motion.
