Turn your music into a glowing waterfall with Phosphor Waterfall: spectrum ridges or curtains of rising light, echo trails, mirrors and beat-driven color. Sixteen looks, plus a look cycle that tours them on the beat.
Phosphor Waterfall has two cores. Ridges grows fine lines into a glowing landscape, carrying earlier moments of your music through the scene: each ridge keeps its contour as it travels, growing near the front and fading at the far end. Trace stands three traces of the spectrum in the landscape, each with light rising off it: bass deepens the far trace, mids lengthen the middle plume, highs crowd the near columns, and Curtains trails earlier spectra behind each one so the light falls away into the distance. Either core can leave an Echo trail that recedes toward the horizon, spins, drifts and ripples; Mirror reflects it into sides, a lake or a kaleidoscope; Beat Hue turns the colors on strong beats; and Look Cycle tours the presets by itself, cutting on the beat. Start with Phosphor Valley or Tracefall, watch the light fall away in Lightfall, or press Auto Pilot and let the music choose.
Open SHARE A LOOK, choose a preset from FACTORY LOOK, and select COPY LOOK LINK. The link opens that original preset with its audio reactions. Personal slider edits and music are not included. Use OPEN LOOK to preview what the recipient will see.
Open SHARE A LOOK, select PREPARE MY LOOK, then choose COPY MY LOOK LINK. The link includes your current visual settings, modulation routes, and generator settings. Music is not included. Use OPEN MY LOOK to preview the result. Prepare a new link after making more edits.
On a control with Assign modulation, select the activity icon to open Modulate with. Choose a named source, or choose — None to leave the control unmodulated. After you assign one, its name appears below the slider; select that name to edit the route, or use Clear modulation to remove it. The slider track shows the live signal reaching the control.

Section
What the route changes
Ridge Height
Landscape
Sets how far the spectrum raises each ridge.
Curvature
Landscape
Curves the base into a valley or rounded hill.
History Speed
Landscape
Sets how quickly new spectra enter and travel through the landscape. Zero holds the recorded history.
Amplitude
Trace
Sets how far the music raises each trace.
Plume
Trace
Sets how far the light rises above each trace.
Scroll
Trace
Slides the spectrum sideways along the traces. Negative values reverse it.
Waveform Ripple
Trace
Ripples the playing waveform along each trace, traveling back through the curtains.
Reflection
Mirror
Sets how bright the reflection is.
Line Width
Color
Sets the thickness of the ridge lines.
Hue
Color
Chooses the first ridge color.
Color Spread
Color
Separates colors between new and older ridges.
Hue
Color
Chooses the color at the left end of the traces.
Hue Span
Color
Sets how far the color travels across the traces. Negative values run the other way around the color wheel.
Bass Amplitude
Trace Audio
Raises the far trace further on bass. Its default route follows the bass.
Mid Plume
Trace Audio
Lengthens the middle light with the mids. Its default route follows the mids.
High Columns
Trace Audio
Crowds the near columns with the highs. Its default route follows the highs. Shown while Seams is above zero.
Swell
Trace Audio
Lifts every trace together as the music gets louder. Its default route follows the volume.
Trail Length
Echo
Sets how long the trail lasts.
Zoom
Echo
Pulls the trail toward the vanishing point so it recedes into the distance. Negative values push it out toward you. Its default route follows the bass.
Spin
Echo
Turns the trail around the vanishing point. Negative values reverse it.
Warp
Echo
Ripples the trail. Its default route follows the highs.
Color Drift
Echo
Shifts the color of the trail as it ages. Negative values shift the other way. The trail shows where it moves away from the scene, so pair it with Zoom, Spin, Drift or Warp.
Camera Speed
Camera
Sets how quickly camera changes or moves.
Camera Travel
Camera
Sets how far the camera wanders from its chosen view; 0 holds it still and higher values sweep it through wider arcs.
Raises the far trace further on bass. Its default route follows the bass. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Mid Plume
0–3; default 0.52
Lengthens the middle light with the mids. Its default route follows the mids. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
High Columns
0–4; default 0.97
Crowds the near columns with the highs. Its default route follows the highs. Shown while Seams is above zero. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Swell
0–0.3; default 0.05
Lifts every trace together as the music gets louder. Its default route follows the volume. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Leaves a trail of earlier frames behind the scene. Zero turns the trail off and hides its controls.
Trail Length
0.8–0.975; default 0.93
Sets how long the trail lasts. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Zoom
-0.03–0.08; default 0.01
Pulls the trail toward the vanishing point so it recedes into the distance. Negative values push it out toward you. Its default route follows the bass. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Spin
-3–3; default 0
Turns the trail around the vanishing point. Negative values reverse it. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Drift X
-0.3–0.3; default 0
Drifts the trail sideways.
Drift Y
-0.3–0.3; default 0
Drifts the trail up or down. Positive values let it rise like smoke.
Warp
0–1; default 0
Ripples the trail. Its default route follows the highs. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Warp Speed
0–4; default 1
Sets how quickly the ripples move.
Horizon Haze
0–0.2; default 0.02
Darkens the trail around the vanishing point, like haze on the horizon.
Color Drift
-1–1; default 0
Shifts the color of the trail as it ages. Negative values shift the other way. The trail shows where it moves away from the scene, so pair it with Zoom, Spin, Drift or Warp. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Vanishing Point
0–1; default 0.5
Sets the height of the vanishing point the trail recedes toward.
Sets how much of the canvas the artwork fills; higher values zoom in so it fills more of the screen, and lower values pull back to show more of the surroundings.
Scene Depth
0.2–4; default 1.5
Sets the visible scene depth.
Camera Speed
0–1; default 0.1
Sets how quickly camera changes or moves. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Camera Travel
0–1.5; default 0.3
Sets how far the camera wanders from its chosen view; 0 holds it still and higher values sweep it through wider arcs. Use Assign modulation to choose a source.
Some controls appear only after you enable a related mode or style. The settings panel always reflects the options available for the current selection.
