Landscape is a terrain visualizer in the Wire category, rebuilt as a real sheet of fabric. The ground is not a moving picture of a landscape: it is cloth, simulated in full, held at its edges and free to swell, fold, and drape everywhere else. A sphere sits beneath it and rises through the surface on the bass, pushing a dune up through the weave; the live waveform enters at the horizon and travels forward across the sheet as rolling swells; the spectrum shapes the ridge profile across its width; and every beat sends a shockwave ring rolling outward. Six physically based fabrics — silk, velvet, mercury, snowfield, copper, and prism — carry the light, from soft sheen to liquid metal reflecting the sky. Every point of the surface is simulated. The edges of the sheet are pinned, and everything inside is free to swell, fold, wrinkle, and drape. That is why a bass hit does not just raise a bump: the sphere pushes up through the weave, the fabric stretches around it, and the slack gathers into folds that run back down the slope.
The audio arrives in three separate ways. The live waveform enters at the horizon and travels forward as rolling swells, so you watch the music come toward you. The spectrum shapes the ridge profile across the width of the terrain. The highs add fine wrinkle that shimmers only while they are present, and every detected beat sends a ring rolling outward from the sphere.
Mouse-drag orbits the camera, right-drag pans, and the scroll wheel zooms. Turn Auto Rotate on for a hands-free slow circle.
On a control with Assign modulation, select the activity icon to open Modulate with. Choose a named source, or choose — None to leave the control unmodulated. After you assign one, its name appears below the slider; select that name to edit the route, or use Clear modulation to remove it. The slider track shows the live signal reaching the control.

Some controls appear only after you enable a related mode or style. The settings panel always reflects the options available for the current selection.
Start with Sag: near zero the sheet is a taut drum and the waveform reads as crisp ridges; high values give it slack so the sphere drapes the fabric over itself.
Detail and Solver Passes are the performance dial. Drop Detail first on a busy show — the terrain keeps its shape, it just carries fewer fine wrinkles.
