Title and artist lines, extra text, cover art, logos, and icons — with fonts, shadows, timed cues, keying, and glass blur.
BRAND is the type and imagery that makes the frame yours: the title and artist, any extra lines you need, your cover art, a logo, and icons.
Title and artist
Every new canvas starts with a TITLE + ARTIST layer. Loading a tagged audio file fills both lines automatically; anything you type yourself sticks and will not be overwritten by the next track you load.

Each line has its own controls:
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| TEXT | The words themselves |
| FONT | The typeface. Google Fonts are available alongside the built-in mono |
| COLOR | A color picker. Title and artist each have their own, so the two lines do not have to match |
| HUE | The same color as a number, so it can be driven from the modulation matrix. Moving it rotates the color you picked around the wheel and keeps how pale or saturated it was |
| BOLD | Heavier weight |
| ANCHOR | Whether the line grows LEFT, CENTER, or RIGHT from its position |
| SIZE | Type size in pixels |
| X / Y | Position as a percentage of the frame — or just drag it on the preview |
| GLOW | A soft halo around the letters |
| SHADOW BLUR / SHADOW DIST | A drop shadow, its softness and its offset |
TITLE + ARTIST SETTINGS at the bottom applies to both lines together: shared X / Y, ROTATE TITLE AND ARTIST, OPACITY, and LOCK.
Toggling a line off hides it and its settings, so a title-only or artist-only frame stays uncluttered.
Timed cues
ADVANCED adds TITLE CUE and ARTIST CUE — the text does not have to be on screen for the whole video.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| FADE IN / FADE OUT | Whether the line fades at each end |
| SHOW | How long the line stays on screen, in seconds |
| START AT | When it first appears |
| END CUE | Turn on a second appearance near the end |
| BEFORE END | How many seconds before the end that second appearance happens |
| COPY TO ARTIST | Keeps the artist line following the title cue |
The pattern this gives you is the standard art-track opening: the title shows for a few seconds at the start, disappears, then returns before the outro. Fades run over the last 0.6 seconds.
To time the artist line separately, turn COPY TO ARTIST off on the title.
Extra text lines carry the same COLOR and HUE pair.
Extra text lines
ADD LAYER → TEXT adds one more line — album, credits, a release date, a URL, anything. It gets the same font, anchor, size, position, glow, shadow, rotate, opacity, and lock controls as the title.
Add as many as you need; each is its own layer in the stack.
Images and logos
ADD LAYER → LOGO/IMAGE puts a picture on the canvas. If your audio file carried embedded cover art, one is already there as ALBUM ART.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| REPLACE IMAGE | Swap the file, keeping position and size |
| CROP / FIT | COVER crops to fill, CONTAIN fits the whole image |
| POSITION X / Y, SIZE, ROTATE | Placement |
| GLASS BLUR | A frosted-glass treatment behind the image |
| OPACITY | Blend with what is underneath |
| LOCK LAYER | Hold it in place |
Keying — knocking out a background
A logo that came as a JPEG with a white box around it does not need re-exporting. KEYING removes parts of an image by color. Editors call this keying; the closest Photoshop tool is Blend If.
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| BLACKS | Knock out the darkest parts |
| WHITES | Knock out the brightest parts |
| COLOR KEY | Remove a color — OFF, BLACK, GREEN, or BLUE |
| SOFTNESS | How gradual the edge of the key is |
| INVERT KEY | Keep what would have been removed, and remove the rest |
Green and blue keys handle footage or renders shot against a screen; blacks and whites handle logos and line art on a solid background.
Icons
ADD LAYER → ICON opens a searchable icon library in the left rail. Type what you want, click the icon, and it lands on the canvas as a placeable layer.
